Wow, I've been to the CAM a few times this summer but somehow missed that picture frame installation. How is that possible? It seems so cool! This summer's crop of exhibits is probably my favorite that I've seen there in my four years in Cincinnati.

The Harper exhibit, by the way, is of original paintings and collages, not prints, so that's one reason why it's not as hard-edged as the prints that are his better-known work. All the images shown are commissions for Ford Times Magazine, all done fairly early in his career. Instead of focusing on nature, their over all point was to illustrate articles that somehow promoted car travel, so that explains the focus on road trip destinations.

Hey there lady -
Just stumbled upon your site. It's so cool to see other Ohio bloggers (I'm in Cbus!). I love your style. That pic w/ the mustard shoes/green dress is so cute. I love how classic/vintagey your style is, paired with your totally unique/edgy hair cut. So cool! =)
